I help real estate professionals create intentional strategies to achieve and maintain balance between their challenging professional goals, valued personal goals, and health leading to improved success and satisfaction.
Real estate practitioners have a lot of professional coaching options; I help you put the rest of the pieces of the puzzle together. I offer support from a Registered Nurse/Realtor who values that balance as much as you do.
Health Coaching
Common conditions that can benefit from health coaching with a Nurse Coach are weight loss management, diabetes management, heart health, stress management, smoking cessation, medication management.
Individual Nurse Coach sessions offered as a six-session experience designed for each client’s unique goals. All sessions consider strategies for healthy aging - at any age. I provide buyer and seller real estate representation with personal service and attention to detail.
